What we collect

To fulfil a booking we collect your name, email address, mobile number, collection address and postcode, and details of the items and dates you book. We do not collect or store payment card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to schedule and carry out collection and return of your items, to communicate with you about your booking, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics or marketing cookies in v1. Any analytics added in future will be cookieless (e.g. Plausible) or will request consent first.

Who we share data with

We share the minimum necessary data with Stripe (payment processing) and Brevo (transactional email delivery) to operate the service. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We retain booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet accounting/legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, contact us using the details on your booking confirmation email or via "Manage my booking". We handle deletion requests manually and will confirm once complete.
